WALLINGFORD, Conn.-SmartLink Development L.P. said it has been temporarily enjoined from selling its SMR Link universal trunking and networking product as a result of a pending patent infringement lawsuit filed by manufacturer E.F. Johnson Co.
SmartLink President Mark Hatten said he is frustrated by the decision, noting the company plans to take legal action.
E.F. Johnson filed a lawsuit against SmartLink, related companies and former employees charging patent and trademark infringement and misappropriation of trade secrets.
