WASHINGTON-Three telecommunications industry leaders were honored at the Fifth Annual Eugene C. Bowler Foundation Dinner & Awards presentation held last month.
Federal Communications Commissioner James Quello received the Eugene Bowler Lifetime Achievement Award, while Judy Dunlap and David Leach received the Eugene Bowler Award presentations. Dunlap is chief of the Data Services branch of the Office of Operations in Gettysburg for the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau at the FCC. Leach is a senior member of the minority staff of the House Commerce Committee.
