LEXINGTON, Mass.-Wildfire Communications Inc. announced authorized service provider agreements with Advanced Communication Technnologies, Milcom Corp. and Virtuosity.
Under these agreements, each company will offer Wildfire service on a subscription basis. Previously only available to corporations that purchased complete systems, the Wildfire’s Electronic Assistant is now available to consumers and small businesses for what the company believes is an affordable fee.
The Electronic Assistant works as an automated secretary, using speech recognition to handle incoming and outgoing calls, schedule follow-up calls, give reminders, manage all messages and maintain a complete contact list.
