ORCHARD PARK, N.Y.-Aria Wireless Systems announced it will join with Business Sviaz and The Bering Group to form a venture called Aria Russia that will be headquartered in Moscow.
Aria said the joint venture will implement its Private Data Digital Networks in major metropolitan areas throughout Russia, as well as help automate the Russian stock market. The announcement comes one month after the establishment of Aria China, Aria’s joint venture based in Beijing, China.
