BUFFALO GROVE, Ill.-Telular Corp. announced a $100 million agreement with Motorola Inc.’s Cellular Infrastructure Group and said Richard Gerstner, Telular’s director and chief executive officer, had resigned.
Telular’s agreement with Motorola calls for a three-year purchase and engineering and product commitment, and a cross OEM supply relationship covering current and future cellular products, Telular said. The company said it has appointed William DeNicolo, Telular’s founder and chairman, as president and CEO. Gerstner resigned to pursue other business interests, Telular said.
