PLANO, Texas-EDS Personal Communications business unit announced an agreement to provide its Intercarrier Settlement Services to Hong Kong-based cellular carrier Pacific Link Communications Ltd.
Under the agreement, EDS will automate the financial funds exchange between Pacific Link and North American carriers, and will provide daily electronic data transfer to and from the Pacific Link billing system to ensure timely data processing, EDS said.
