ATLANTA-Preferred Networks Inc. announced three senior officers have purchased more than a half million shares of the company’s stock in a private transaction.
Mark Dunaway, chairman and chief executive officer, Michael Saner, president, and Eugene Kreeft, executive vice president of engineering, purchased a total of 564,607 shares from other investors and now collectively own about 17 percent of the company’s outstanding common stock, PNI said.
The purchases were pursuant to options granted in June 1995 by certain investors in the company to all the company’s other shareholders at the time, PNI said.
