LITTLE CHUTE, Wis.-ClearSystems Inc. will provide its customer care and billing platform, Innoverse, to Airadigm Communications, a personal communications services license winner.
Innoverse was designed using client/server object-oriented technology, the company said. Ned Earle Sr., president of ClearSystems, said Innoverse will provide Airadigm customized workflow and one-screen sourcing for all customer care information and functions.
“The converging communications marketplace requires innovative and extremely flexible systems in order to develop a true competitive advantage,” said Carl Artman, president of Airadigm.
“To sustain that advantage long term, customer care and billing skills will be our biggest weapon in the battle with a variety of traditional and non-traditional competitors.”
