CEDAR CREST, N.M.-Specialty Teleconstructors Inc. and Alcatel Telecom have signed an agreement to build and install 15 wireless transmitting and receiving facilities in Arizona. Specialty Teleconstructors values the agreement at $1.5 million.
The agreement calls for Specialty Teleconstructors to relocate existing 2 GHz systems and install new equipment. Alcatel will provide vendor and radio frequency engineering services.
