Paging co. defaults on bank agreement
PageAmerica Group Inc. said it is in default for the full amount of a $34 million bank credit agreement, which matured Nov. 30. The company is being purchased by Metrocall Inc. That transaction is expected to be completed this quarter.
LCC to purchase systems operator
LCC International Inc. acquired European Technology Partner AS of Oslo, Norway. European Technology develops network information and quality of service systems for wireless telecommunications operators.
European Technology’s software assists operators in monitoring analysis, maintenance and optimization of wireless networks. LCC purchased its new subsidiary, LCC International AS, for nearly $14 million.
