LOWELL, Mass.-M/A-Com Inc., a wireless components and sub-system solutions provider, released its GaAs MMIC passive mixer products.
The company said the mixers are ideal for use where high level radio frequency signals and wide dynamic range are required in either up or down conversion applications. The mixers are designed to serve a variety of frequency bands, including 900 MHz and 1.9 GHz, for applications such as modulation and demodulation in receivers and transmitters for base station and portable systems.
