LAS VEGAS-Topp Telecom Inc. introduced TracFone, a prepaid cellular phone designed for quick retail sale. The phone has built-in debit technology to allow for service with prepaid access and airtime cards.
TracFone displays remaining airtime that can be refilled up to 999 units at a time. The company has commitments to sell and service more than 500,000 name brand cellular phones. Service is provided by major cellular carriers.
