Times Microwave Systems released its LMR-500 UltraFlex and LMR-600 UltraFlex coaxial cables, which are designed to provide flexibility and low loss. The cables are ideal for use as feeders for rotatable antennas, applications requiring field deployment and re-reeling and for routing in very tight installations, the company said. The UltraFlex cables have stranded center conductors and elastomer jackets, unlike standard LMR cables, which have solid center conductors and polyethylene jackets. The higher flexibility is offset by higher attenuation of 15 to 20 percent. (203) 949-8400.
