STOCKHOLM, Sweden-L.M. Ericsson announced plans to establish a research and development center in Shanghai, China. The center will develop telecommunications and data communications products for the Chinese and global markets.
The center is scheduled to be operating by the third quarter, Ericsson said. Its initial focus will be to develop software products for access networks.
