READING, Pa.-Gilbert Associates said it acquired the stock of TEC Cellular Inc., a Melbourne, Fla.-based software and engineering services provider.
Gilbert also announced it signed a definitive agreement to purchase the outstanding stock of DAC Ltd. from Ropner plc. DAC, based in Burton Upon Trent, England, designs and manufactures ruggedized communications systems for the mining, energy and transportation industries in the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia and South Africa. The acquisition is expected to close by the end of this month.
