MORRISVILLE, N.C.-Tekelec introduced an international roaming verification system for Global System for Mobile communications networks.
Tekelec’s product enables GSM operators to comply with the GSM memorandum of understanding recommendation to periodically test the integrity of their networks. The recommended test serves as proof of conformance to roaming agreements between wireless operators, said Tekelec.
Tekelec’s Message Generator Traffic Simulator diagnostic system allows providers to verify and authenticate roamers via simulation. Roaming tests can be scheduled to run at specific times and automatically generate reports.
