CEDAR KNOLLS, N.J.-Omnipoint Communications Inc. and D&E Communications said they intend to form an operating partnership in the central Pennsylvania region.
Together the companies will jointly design, deploy and market a personal communications services network in the area, which includes the York-Hanover, Lancaster, Harrisburg and Reading basic trading areas. The network will use Global System for Mobile communications technology.
