TEL AVIV, Israel-Nexus Telecommunication Systems Ltd. announced that the Nasdaq National Exchange has approved listing of the company’s securities on the Nasdaq Small Cap Market.
Trading was expected to commence last Friday.
Nexus develops, manufactures and markets low-energy wireless communications and locations systems through application of digital spread spectrum technologies. Nexus is a 36-percent owned affiliate of BVR Technologies Ltd.
