ATLANTA-Sema Group, a systems integration, consulting and outsourcing company, launched a customer care and billing service bureau for wireless network operators in the United States.
The system provides pay-as-you-go service based on subscriber growth, said Sema. The service bureau will be operated entirely by Sema Group Telecoms, a strategic business unit of Sema Group.
Using CABS 2000, the system is capable of managing mobile networks conforming to Code Division Multiple Access, Time Division Multiple Access, Global System for Mobile communications, Advanced Mobile Phone Service and Total Access Communication System standards on a single site, said Sema.
