Aculab Groomer Integrated Access Device with its STX tandem switching system.
The STX tandem switching system provides the capability for applications such as prepaid calling cards, prepaid cellular service, international call back, 1+ and 0+ calling, pay phone networks, phone room management, call centers, shared tenant services and long-distance resale.
The Groomer provides E-1 to T-1 conversion and international signaling protocol conversion.
