DENVER-Daniels & Associates, an investment banking and financial services company specializing in the cable and telecommunications industries, announced that an affiliate of Unitel Cellular Communications Inc. has acquired the cellular assets of the Georgia 1 rural service area from Price Communications.
The RSA serves a population of 230,000 in northwest Georgia between Chattanooga and Atlanta and includes the cities of Dalton, Chatsworth and Calhoun.
