FORT LEE, N.J.-MobileMedia Corp., dba MobileComm, announced it is building a new paging network in North and South Carolina.
MobileComm said the new system is running in North Carolina and will be fully built in South Carolina by the end of May. The new network, which operates on a 900 MHz FLEX system, will expand MobileComm’s coverage area to reach an additional 2 million people. MobileComm signed a two-year contract with the state to provide paging services.
