ATLANTA-LHS Group Inc.’s second-quarter results will reflect a one-time charge of about $6.4 million for research and development in process that it acquired in connection with the InfoCellular Inc. merger completed June 11.
LHS said it expects the acquisition to provide future tax benefits as a result of the carrying forward of InfoCellular’s past net operating losses.
