BOSTON-Wireless Internet service provider GoAmerica Communications Corp. announced it will provide an end-to-end sales force automation outsource solution that bundles hardware and software products from several companies.
It includes Practical Sales Tools’ UnwiredContact Web-based customer management and tracking system, Sharp Electronics’ Mobilon Pro PV-5000 Handheld PC Pro and the AirCard 300 for Windows CE from Sierra Wireless. It also includes MobileWord’s TalkText, an online talk-processing service that allows for wireless dictation of spoken-word sales reports, memos and data entry.
The handheld mobile office bundle is scheduled to be available by January, the company said, offered through its Web@Hand portfolio of wireless data products, as well as other direct and indirect channels. GoAmerica estimates the bundle will sell for $1,200, packaged with a service bundle of unlimited monthly wireless access and other services for $100 a month.
