NEW YORK-Olivetti S.P.A. and Mannesmann AG announced they increased to $80 per share
the cash tender offer made by Kensington Acquisition Sub Inc. for all the outstanding shares of common stock of
Cellular Communications International Inc.
In connection with this proposal, the tender offer has been extended
through midnight EST, Feb. 1. The companies said as of midnight Jan. 15, 2.3 million shares of CCI’s outstanding
common stock had been tendered under the terms of the tender offer.
