WESTBOROUGH, Mass.-Arch Communications Group Inc. announced a fourth-quarter net loss of $59 million, or $1.15 per share, compared with a loss of $68 million reported for the same quarter the year before.
Net revenues for the quarter totaled $191.3 million, nearly double the $95.9 million reported for fourth-quarter 1998. Units in service fell by 75,000 to 6.9 million during the quarter, which the company attributed to reseller and retail distribution channels.
