NEW ORLEANS-Lightbridge Inc., a provider of customer acquisition, retention and risk-management solutions, and Corsair Communications Inc., a real-time business solutions provider for the wireless industry, announced a strategic alliance and joint distribution agreement.
Under terms of the agreement, the companies will co-market and sell their respective products in key markets and jointly develop new product offerings that integrate real-time billing and rating technology from Corsair with Web-based provisioning and customer-management technology from Lightbridge.
