WALTHAM, Mass.-Lycos Inc. said it will offer visitors to its Web portal a wireless-enabled, online calendar service from AnyDay.com, under a $12 million distribution agreement the two entered.
The AnyDay service allows users to manage and integrate multiple schedules from desktop computers as well as from Internet-enabled wireless devices, the company said. In addition, the two said they plan to integrate Lycos’ Shop event-driven e-commerce service to the new calendaring services.
