MINNEAPOLIS-ADC Telecommunications Inc. said its Axity broadband wireless access system is now available.
The Axity platform will enable providers to deliver voice and high-speed data services to homes and businesses. Included are base station transmitters and receivers, wireless modems and an element management system. ADC said it also will provide network planning, design and integration for multichannel multipoint distribution service deployments.
The system operates in the 2.1 GHz, 2.3 GHz and 2.5 GHz spectrum and delivers up to 27 Megabits per second in each 6 megahertz channel in the downstream.
