SAN DIEGO-PacketVideo Corp. has filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public offering of its common stock.
The public offering is being managed by an underwriting group led by Credit Suisse First Boston, with Banc of America Securities L.L.C. and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette Securities Corp. as co-managers.
Terms of the offering have not been disclosed.
