AirTouch offers CPP

DENVER-AirTouch Cellular’s new Select Pay service allows customers to choose when and how they are charged for incoming wireless calls. Subscribers can select from a variety of options to direct the service to forward charges to the calling party, to accept the charges or to reject airtime charges for incoming calls.
