ALEXANDRIA, Va.-Inciscent, the wireless application service provider formed by Metrocall Inc. and several partners, said it has finalized an agreement with PSINet Inc. for Internet service provider services.
The agreement calls for PSINet to provide Internet access, Internet Protocol backbone, hosting services and technology support for the Inciscent joint venture.
