OLYMPIA, Wash.-Illuminet Holdings Inc. completed its acquisition of prepaid wireless provider National Telemanagement Corp.
NTC will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Illuminet, with the combined companies providing Signaling System 7 network connectivity and intelligent network services to about 750 communications carriers, according to Illuminet.
“This acquisition is an important step in expanding Illuminet’s revenue base and adding complementary intelligent network services to create a total outsource solution for carriers,” said Roger Moore, president and chief executive officer of Illuminet.
