WASHINGTON-Spectrasite Holdings Inc. filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission to set the size of its stock offering at 14.5 million shares, with 2.175 million shares to cover over allotments.
The company filed July 7 to sell up to $460 million of common stock but didn’t provide any details of the offering.
