NEW YORK-Three companies have joined forces to create a professional services joint venture providing end-to-end implementation of wireless content delivery and m-commerce applications.
The participants include Internet business strategy firm K2 Design Inc., venture capitalist Unwired Ventures Inc. and wireless content delivery consultants SilverCube Inc.
The joint venture will assume the SilverCube Inc. name. Aether Systems Inc., which has a relationship with K2, also will be a key partner for the joint venture.
