NEW YORK-Winstar Communications Inc. appointed Frank J. Jules president and chief operating officer of its U.S. operations. Jules most recently served as president of SBC-Ameritech Business Communications Services.
In his new role, Jules will oversee Winstar’s domestic business units for sales, marketing, network and system services and building access rights, as well as the financial and human resources functions for each.
