BOGOTA, Colombia-Celumovil BellSouth acquired 100 percent of the shares of Colombian mobile carrier Cocelco through a purchase on the Bogot stock exchange. BellSouth said the transaction creates the first nationwide mobile cellular operator in Colombia.
