LONDON-Informix Software Inc., an independent operating business of Informix Corp., is joining the Symbian Technology Partner program, allowing Informix to develop enabling technologies and engage in co-marketing activities promoting Symbian’s software platform.
Symbian said it will assist its technology partners in engaging directly with Symbian’s licensees, enabling rapid time-to-market for a range of wireless information devices.
“The partnership we are creating will help to progress the demand for content and services for the wireless data market and provide mobile users with access to relevant information from any location and using any device,” said Colly Myers, chief executive officer of Symbian.
