HELSINKI, Finland-Nokia Corp. and Finnish-based mobile operator Radiolinja signed a partnership agreement to develop and supply Nokia’s mCatch, which enables location-based services to be introduced into mobile Internet networks. Radiolinja, which will contribute Received Signal Strength Algorithms for mCatch, will be the first operator to implement the GSM-based solution. Trials are expected to begin in January.
