WESTBORO, Mass.-TeleKnowledge and Tundo Corp. have entered a joint marketing alliance under which TeleKnowledge’s e-software will be integrated with Tundo’s Network Telephony System to provide new billing solutions, the companies said.
The combined offering will include a voice-over Internet Protocol billing solution, electronic bill presentment and payment and Web-enabled customer self-care.
