SANTA CLARA, Calif.-Wireless text messaging provider Unimobile.com will license its 3.0 business platform technology to V-Mail, a developer of Internet communication and data compression software.
Unimobile.com will provide V-Mail with a wireless messaging solution through its global message delivery network, enabling end-users to send SMS messages from their desktop to any text-enabled mobile device, including cell phones, WAP-enabled phones and personal digital assistants.
The platform will also allow V-Mail to provide actionable alerts, person-to-person text messaging, reminders and notifications to its customers.
