RENO, Nev.-Globus Wireless Ltd. announced it acquired wireless products distribution company Edge Continental Inc. for $2.5 million.
Edge, founded in 1997, is an international distributor of wireless phones and original equipment manufacturer accessories. The company had about $7 million in sales this fiscal year.
The effective date of the acquisition was Sept. 1.
