ARLINGTON, Va.-SiteSafe Inc. signed a three-year contract to provide approximately 2,000 Nextel Communications Corp. field personnel with radio-frequency safety and awareness training using PeopleSafe, a CD-Rom-based training program, the company announced.
PeopleSafe provides a complete understanding of how non-ionizing radio waves operate on towers and rooftops where licensed carriers place antennas, SiteSafe said. Nextel employees will be able to access the training software via the SiteSafe Web site.
