OKLAHOMA CITY-Dobson Communications Corp. completed a $200 million sale of series AA preferred stock to AT&T Wireless Services Inc.
Dobson said AT&T Wireless could exchange the stock for series A preferred stock if it increases its ownership of Dobson from the current 4.6 percent to 11.8 percent.
