BALTIMORE, Md.-Advertising.com Inc. introduced a new Web-based delivery system that allows advertisers to reach consumers online with manufacturer coupons and promotional materials. Consumers will be able to print the coupons directly or to forward them to e-mail addresses or wireless phones for future use.
