WESTBOROUGH, Mass.-Arch Wireless Inc. announced it set up a new customer information database, which it said will make its sales and marketing strategies more efficient.
The database, created with tools developed by Experian, will initially allow Arch to capture, store and analyze detailed customer data. Eventually the program will be able to segment its data according to individual customers, business customers and industries, Arch said.
