SANTA CRUZ, Calif.-GN Hello Direct Inc. filed a suit covering about $11 million in damages against Plantronics Inc., Plantronics said. Hello Direct said the damages stem from Plantronics’ termination of its reseller agreement with Hello Direct after Hello Direct was acquired by GN Netcom.
“We believe the action is without merit,” said Kevin Goodwin, Plantronics’ general counsel. “We intend to defend the case vigorously and to pursue the claims Plantronics has.”
Plantronics makes communications headsets.
