SALT LAKE CITY-Verizon Wireless said it will construct a $42 million customer service call center in West Valley City, Utah, bringing more than 1,000 new jobs to the local economy. The call center will serve Verizon Wireless customers in Utah, Colorado, Wyoming, Idaho and Montana.
The center is expected to be operational by July.
