Adaptive misses 10-K deadline

SUNNYVALE, Calif.-Adaptive Broadband Corp. said it received a letter from The Nasdaq Stock Market informing it that its securities are subject to delisting because it failed to file its Form 10-K for the transition period ended December 31, 2000. The company requested a hearing before the Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Panel, postponing the delisting until the panel’s decision. The company’s trading symbol was changed from ADAP to ADAPE as a result of the filing delinquency.
