BLUE BELL, Pa.-E-business company Unisys Corp. and Nortel Networks announced they teamed up to develop a virtual private network aimed at allowing financial institutions, government departments and commercial businesses to conduct secure business over the Internet.
The new VPN, called Secure VPN, will allow businesses to conduct transactions over the Internet at a lower cost than private networks and with a high degree of security, the companies said.
